Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on screen, while stocks last.
If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You can then modify or cancel your order within 60 business days, and we will refund the product and shipping costs if the price is received.

Payment for your purchases can be made in cash upon delivery, by check, or with the following bank cards issued in Tunisia: Visa, Mastercard, etc. Please note that no foreign bank cards are accepted on our website.

In the case of payment by check or bank transfer, INNOVALGUE will proceed with delivery after receipt of your payment (for all payments by check, always attach a photocopy of your ID). The delivery times mentioned on the website are calculated from the day after receipt of your payment, so we invite you to send it to us within two business days of confirming your order.

Our website uses a security system. We have adopted the SSL encryption process and have strengthened all scrambling and encryption procedures to protect all sensitive payment data as effectively as possible. This process is managed by the national company Monétique Tunisie.
To protect its customers against possible intrusion, INNOVALGUE does not store credit card numbers on its computer servers. Credit card numbers are processed by Monétique Tunisie, which returns an authorization number to Tunisianet.

I – General Information

Products purchased on the innovalgue.tn website may be delivered by carrier.
The Customer chooses their delivery method when placing their order online or by email. This choice is irrevocable once the order has been confirmed.

Home Delivery
If the Customer wishes their order to be delivered to their home, products purchased on innovalgue.tn are only delivered within Tunisia. The products are delivered to the delivery location during the Delivery step when placing the order, or before the order is confirmed.

Shipping, Delivery, and Availability Delays
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you informing you of any possible impact on the delivery deadline.
We also encourage you to regularly check your order status and contact Customer Service with any questions.

II – Delivery Issues – Product Quality and Conformity

You must check the conformity of the delivered goods upon delivery before signing the delivery slip or postal receipt and report any delivery discrepancies (e.g., errors, damaged or already opened products). In the event of a discrepancy, INNOVALGUE undertakes to refund or exchange any products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant) after you have submitted your complaint by email to Customer Service (contact@innovalgue.com), specifying your contact details, invoice number, and the product reference number appearing on the invoice.

III – Packages Not Received (Delivery by Carrier)

You have 60 days from the shipment date of your order to report any problems with the delivery of your package. After this period, any complaint will be considered inadmissible. In the event of a delay in postal delivery within eight working days following the shipping date indicated in the “shipping notification tracking” email, INNOVALGUE suggests that the customer check with their post office to see if the package is pending, and then, if so, invites them to report this delay by contacting customer service first by telephone or by sending an email. Tunisianet will then contact the Post Office to initiate an investigation. Without prejudice to the customer’s other rights, Tunisianet will only send a replacement product at its own expense once this investigation has been completed. If the product(s) ordered are no longer available, Tunisianet will refund the products in question.
